searching for a grandfather birth certificate

My name is Julia Bidiuk. I’m citizen of Ukraine. I’m searching information about my grandfather to confirm his origin.
All I know about him is next.
His name is Oskar Stanasiuk. He was born 26th of September 1930 in Paris, France. He also was baptized somewhere in Paris. His parents: father – Bazyli Stanasiuk, 11th of January 1901; mother – Waleria Stanasiuk (Wielga), 16th of April 1903. His parents came to France for job (don’t know when). They married in Paris (don’t know when). My grandfather Oskar Stanasiuk went to school somewhere in Paris till 1939.
In June 1939 all family left France and went back to Poland. Perhaps some of the data are not accurate.
I’d like to ask you to find such information about my grandfather Oskar Stanasiuk and send it to me by post or e-mail. I need those documents to confirm my polish origin.
I need copies of originals of birth certificate or certificate of baptism of my grandfather Oskar Stanasiuk.
